Lainee practises in the area of general insurance litigation. She acts for a number of major insurers with particular emphasis on public liability and treatment liability.
Lainee has the conduct of a number of large claims involving plaintiffs with serious head and spinal injuries. She has considerable experience in negotiating settlements in catastrophic personal injury claims and, where necessary, taking matters that fall into this category, to trial.
