Renae specialises in the areas of workplace relations and occupational safety and health. Renae provides advice to both private and government clients on a range of workplace relations and occupational safety and health issues with a specific focus on proactively managing employment and safety risks.
Renae has extensive experience in advising on and drafting employment contracts and agreements, policies and procedures and advising on strategic succession and change management planning together with representing clients in various industrial tribunals and commissions and the Federal Courts.
Renae also has experience in advising and representing clients on occupational safety and health in various jurisdictions within Australia including WA, NSW, VIC, Qld and SA.
