Eva is a member of our commercial litigation team.
She advises and represents clients in respect of Corporations Act matters, particularly corporate governance and insolvency, Trade Practices Act and competition law matters, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and commercial disputes generally.
Eva has been involved in large-scale contentious matters before the Federal Court, Supreme Court of Western Australia, Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the Gas Review Board of Western Australia.
