Susan is a highly experienced lawyer in the area of succession planning, wills and probate (including estate litigation), trusts, powers of attorney, administration of deceased estates and guardianship.
Susan works closely with clients to develop agreed strategies for achieving their individual, family and business needs. In addition, she has a thorough understanding of the legislative framework governing incorporated associations and the environment in which they operate.
Susan regularly presents at community organisations and gives lectures on a wide range of matters including trusts, wills and enduring powers of attorney.
