Rachel's primary areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on financial services regulation ('FSR'), managed investments, fundraising and ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
Rachel has previously served a 12 month secondment with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Rachel has represented clients in a broad range of dealings with ASIC.
She has experience in sale of business transactions, including acquisition due diligence.
