Stephen practises in the commercial law field and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, ASX listing rules, due diligence, Corporations Act, directors' duties, prospectuses, privatisation, port authorities, statutory corporations, incorporated associations, mining, debt and equity finance, securities, duty on dutiable transactions, insolvency, intellectual property and computer contracts.
He acts for various banks and financial institutions in the preparation of, advising on and enforcement of securities. He also acts for mortgagees, liquidators, receivers and administrators on the realisation of property the subject of the securities.
