As a WA leader in the area of personal and business succession planning Adam also works closely with professional trustee companies, major banks, insurers, accountants and financial advisers.
Well known for his skills in strategic planning, structuring and implementation of commercial transactions, Adam advises in the area of the acquisition and sale of assets, businesses, joint ventures and partnerships.
He is well regarded nationally for his work with indigenous Trusts in the establishment, operation and governance of indigenous trusts and their relationships with government and major resource companies.
Adam leads the WA market in the establishment and operation of prescribed private foundations (PPFs) and charitable givings.
