Gregory practises in the area of commercial law as part of the firm's banking, commercial finance and property team. He has extensive experience in the areas of debt securities, consumer credit, revenue law, foreign acquisitions, insolvency, joint ventures, leasing, conveyancing, personal property security and liquor licensing. He specialises in the drafting of security documentation including Credit Code documentation for use by financiers. He is also a registered Migration Agent.
Gregory is a co-author of the Law Society of Western Australia/Real Estate Institute of Western Australia General Conditions for the Sale of Land and is the Chair of the Committee charged with maintaining the General Conditions’ currency.
