Roger is a member of our commercial litigation team. His practice includes acting and advising on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes, mainly within the energy and resources, banking, media, information technology and taxation sectors.
He has represented clients in most courts in Western Australia, predominantly in Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings, and has also acted on arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations.
Roger has extensive media law experience, having represented national and international political figures in high profile defamation claims against national newspapers, radio stations and other national media outlets.
