Our Knowledge Manager and library staff are qualified library and information professionals who provide our lawyers and support staff with expertise in reference and research services in addition to our comprehensive collection of resources.
The value of this expertise is something we feel strongly about providing to our staff and passing on to our clients. Our lawyers trust the library staff to handle any requests for information or research guidance discreetly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Clients do not get charged for the time our library professionals spend locating or directing our lawyers to relevant information to support our clients’ needs, and they benefit from this important service which effectively save our lawyers’ time.
Our lawyers regularly attend training sessions provided by our library so that they can continue to keep up-to-date with best research practices and current resources. This is just one way in which we ensure that the information which is passed on to our clients is thoroughly researched and checked.
The library also continues to update our lawyers with current cases, changes to laws and discussion on the law which they elect to receive through our tailored current awareness service.
The library can source information both locally and globally to meet our work practices and requirements and to make sure you have competitive access to the right information for your needs.
