Our career development programme has been designed to meet this objective by providing appropriate training in the skills you require at the various stages of your career. This programme develops both technical and non-technical skills.

Secondments

We can provide a range of opportunities for people interested in working in the eastern states or overseas. Our close relationship with a number of large national and international firms allows us to tailor placements with your individual career needs.

Secondments to clients are also available. Typically, these arrangements are instigated by our clients for 3 - 6 months. The benefit to our staff is that it allows them to work closely with our clients and gain a better understanding of their business.

Postgraduate Study 

At an appropriate stage in their career we encourage our people to undertake further study to develop expertise in their chosen area of practice. Some of the courses our people have undertaken or are currently studying are :
