We are currently seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time roles.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team which strives to provide practical solutions to the complex workplace relations and safety problems that our clients face. The team provides advice to a range of businesses and not for profit associations, operating across multiple industry sectors, local government, and education institutions.
As an Associate/Senior Associate, with the support of the partners in the team, Renae Harding and Greg Smith, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of matters. You will be involved in advising on claims of unfair and unlawful dismissal, harassment, discrimination and on safety prosecutions. In dispute situations, you will be seeking resolutions through mediation and if required, through litigation representing clients in court, commission and tribunal hearings, mediations and conciliations.
