We are looking for a highly professional, creative, and talented part-time Collateral/Design Coordinator to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and editing a range of marketing collateral that aligns with Jackson McDonald’s brand, values and marketing strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design, edit, and maintain engaging visual content such as graphics, illustrations, and videos for LinkedIn.
Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and accompanying material.
Design of marketing and event collateral i.e. capability statements, invitations, flyers, handouts etc.
Ensure all content to aligns with the brand’s style, quality, and tone while being user-friendly.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Graphic design experience and qualifications.
Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create material that is polished, corporate and consistent in quality.
Experience working in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and strong collaboration skills.
Good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
