Unlike most other law firms, we assign our graduates to a practice area from Day 1, so you are part of a team straight away. You will be given lots of opportunities to contribute to client outcomes straight from the get-go.

Being part of a multi-sector law firm with teams that actively collaborate with each other, you’ll be exposed to an exciting variety of legal work. There will be many opportunities to deepen your commercial understanding of legal concepts and their application in practice. It’s also important to understand the business of law, and we’ll ensure you develop the necessary skills to gain that understanding.

We’ll support you to complete your PLT with The Piddington Society: as well as covering course costs, we’ll provide you with paid study leave. We have chosen Piddington as our graduates’ PLT provider to deliver training focussed on building your practical skills and confidence, as well as welcoming you into the collegial network of the legal profession in Western Australia.

You will also have opportunities to participate in our pro bono programs with Law Access and Curtin Tax Clinic, as well as be eligible for secondment opportunities.
