Jackson McDonald is seeking a talented and experienced Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate with at least 3 years post-admission experience to join our Workplace Relations & Safety team.

About the role
As a member of our Workplace Relations & Safety practice, you will work alongside our experienced partners, Renae Harding and Greg Smith, in providing strategic advice to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, local government, and educational institutions. You will be involved in a variety of work, including advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and safety prosecutions, as well as handling mediation and litigation in court, commission, and tribunal hearings.
