Jackson McDonald achieves certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2022

18 May 2026

News

Jackson McDonald has achieved certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the premier global standard for information security management.

Why it matters

Cyber risk is one of the most significant operational and reputational challenges facing organisations across every sector. Due to the risk posed to our clients and to us, we have chosen to invest in actively defending cyber threats.

The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification provides independent verification that Jackson McDonald has the systems, controls and processes in place to protect the confidential and sensitive information entrusted to us.

For our clients, the certification provides market-leading assurance that we have taken (and will continue to take) proactive steps to protect confidential or sensitive data. Systems and processes will also be supported by continuing education and training for all of our team.

Certification means that we meet or exceed the security standards imposed by our clients who deal with the most sensitive of data, including in defence, health, insurance and government. However, our commitment to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is firm-wide, with benefit for all of our instructors.

Looking ahead

Jackson McDonald’s ISO27001:2022 certification will be audited regularly, and we have committed to continuing to invest in security infrastructure, training and controls.
