The ORIC Registrar also notes in the Posture their intention to conduct examinations with a narrowed focus, targeting specific allegations of serious and/or repeated non-compliance with the CATSI Act.
In addition to the Posture, the ORIC Registrar has also published the ORIC Regulatory Compliance Framework, which outlines the Registrar’s approach to ensuring compliance with the CATSI Act. This Framework details ORIC’s values, origins of its compliance approach and provides a general overview of the Registrar’s regulatory functions and powers.
