Bertrand is a Lawyer in our Corporate, Commercial and Governance team, with a particular interest in banking and finance, financial regulation and technology regulation.
Bertrand supports clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including governance, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting and review. He has experience assisting with lender-side secured finance transactions and AML/CTF obligations.
Bertrand is valued for his practical approach, attention to detail and ability to see issues from the client’s side. He enjoys helping clients navigate regulatory requirements while keeping their business moving.
Bertrand is also fluent in French.
