Cassie is Jackson McDonald's Head of Legal Operations. She is a strategic advisor and business partner on legal service delivery, including process improvement and redesign, automation and legal technology implementation, practice operations, matter management, knowledge management and learning.
Cassie joined Jackson McDonald in 2006 as Knowledge Manager. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information and Library) from Curtin University, and has worked in the legal sector since 1999.
