She represents principals, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects in commercial construction projects.
With extensive experience in complex commercial and contractual disputes, Cherry has worked across various sectors, including energy and resources. Her expertise spans dispute resolution, litigation, mediation, corporate and regulatory investigations, inquiries, and prosecutions.
She has handled adjudications under Security of Payment legislation, having both made and responded to claims on behalf of clients.
She brings valuable in-house experience gained during her secondment, where she managed legal claims for global and national companies.
Cherry has appeared at all Western Australian courts and the State Administrative Tribunal.
