Cheryl is an energy & commercial lawyer with extensive experience in the energy sector and as a broader commercial lawyer, both as an external adviser and as a senior in-house lawyer.
Cheryl advises on a range of issues in the energy sector, including energy contracting such as power purchase agreements, distributed energy resources, renewable energy generation projects, renewable hydrogen, industry reforms and licensing and other regulatory requirements.
She has also assisted Government with regulatory reform in the WA energy sector and has advised on regulated access to infrastructure.
In the commercial space, Cheryl advises on a broad range of commercial agreements including service contracts, supply agreements and also project specific development agreements.
