As a solicitor of the Insurance & Risk practice group, Chiara focusses on defending primarily public liability and workers’ compensation claims. She has experience acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, allowing her to provide well-rounded and pragmatic advice to her clients.
In addition to her current practice, she has previously worked across motor vehicle personal injury claims, medical negligence claims and product liability claims, developing a broad understanding of insurance litigation.
