Dell combines private practice dispute resolution expertise with significant in-house experience, enabling her to provide practical and strategic advice that is legally sound and commercially pragmatic.
Prior to joining Jackson McDonald, Dell spent over four years in-house at a leading not-for-profit medical research institute, advising researchers and operational teams on a broad range of legal and contractual matters, including in relation to confidentiality, privacy, data and materials transfers, intellectual property, grant funding, research services and collaboration, and clinical trials.
Before her move in-house, Dell worked in the litigation and dispute resolution team of a top-tier national firm, acting in a variety of commercial disputes, including matters litigated in the WA District and Supreme Courts, SA Supreme Court, and the Federal Court of Australia. Her clients have drawn from diverse sectors, including mining, royalties, primary production, government, and the not-for-profit space.
