A partner in Jackson McDonald’s Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team, Edward is experienced in advising, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and associated agreements for a broad range of clients and projects across Australia.
He is also experienced in managing and resolving construction disputes and offers representation in all construction dispute resolution jurisdictions. With a focus on early resolution, he assists his clients to manage their risk and achieve commercial outcomes.
Edward works with a diverse range of clients across the building, industrial and mining sectors, including local government authorities, developers, contractors and subcontractors.
