Drawing on strong technical skills and commercial insight, Emma acts for both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes in most Western Australian Courts and Tribunals.
Her practice includes contractual and tortious claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, corporate governance matters and Australian Consumer Law disputes. Emma also has experience in contentious probate and insolvency-related disputes, as well as claims involving misuse of confidential information and intellectual property infringement.
Emma manages disputes strategically, advising clients from early negotiated resolution through to progressing proceedings to trial where appropriate, with a focus on achieving outcomes aligned with each client’s commercial objectives and risk appetite.
