Giselle is an Associate in Jackson McDonald’s Corporate Commercial group, prior to which she started her legal career focused on property law. Her experience in both property and corporate commercial law makes her a valuable asset to the firm.
Giselle advises a variety of clients across a number of industries on competition law issues, governance, and compliance matters. She has helped boards with AGM-related issues and reviews organisational member codes of conduct.
Her expertise extends to reviewing and advising on commercial agreements and drafting financing arrangements.
