Her experience in and ongoing connection with the construction sector provides Isla with the ability to recognise and identify issues as early as possible, and assist clients to navigate the procurement process. Isla is recognised for her keen understanding of pressure points for clients, and offers practical and relevant insight and timely assistance.
Isla regularly works with clients and their broader team of professional advisors to ensure an efficient and effective project delivery process.
In addition to contract drafting and negotiation, Isla provides advice relating to existing contracts, allowing clients to identify, and then manage, key risk.
Isla’s project experience is broad and varied, including key infrastructure procurement, multi-storey modular apartments and hotels, build-to-rent developments, apartment and medium density development, regional asset maintenance agreements, tertiary education facilities, aged care and retirement living developments, government and affordable housing developments, and more.
