Jade is a Senior Associate in Jackson McDonald’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team with a particular focus on property disputes and disputes in the retirement village and local government sector.
She is experienced in running litigation matters in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court of Western Australia and in the State Administrative Tribunal.
Jade has extensive working knowledge of the legislation governing the operation of retirement villages in Western Australia. She regularly assists retirement village operators on a variety of matters including acting for operators in disputes with residents, terminating residence contracts in the State Administrative Tribunal and providing advice on matters relating to legislative compliance.
