Jordan has extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporations matters in the Western Australian Courts and the Federal Court of Australia. 

Jordan consistently acts for corporate entities, companies, directors, shareholders and trustees. He advises on broad range of commercial and corporate disputes, with particular experience in relation to matters concerning directors’ duties, trustee’s duties and business sale disputes. 

Jordan has an established track-record of achieving successful early resolution for his clients. Where litigation can’t be avoided, Jordan is experienced in navigating large, complex, and difficult disputes in a manner that gives his clients comfort and confidence. His client’s particularly value his astute commerciality and his transparency and frank advice regarding legal costs.

Jordan is experienced in using the newest, cutting-edge AI and legal technologies to manage cases and marshal large volumes of documents and data. This skill and experience provide significant cost and strategic benefits for his clients.  

Prior to joining Jackson McDonald, Jordan was a Senior Associate at an international firm and advised on a broad range of commercial disputes including corporate regulatory disputes and alleged breaches of the Corporations Act, including breaches attracting custodial sentences.  

In addition to a degree in law, Jordan has a degree in Economics, majoring in Money and Banking and International Business Economics.
