Lauren is a member of the Projects, Construction & Infrastructure team and practises in the area of major projects, infrastructure, and building and construction law.
Lauren advises on projects of various scales in the infrastructure and energy and resources sectors throughout the life cycle of the project.
Her extensive experience includes acting for both principals and contractors in relation to procurement strategy, negotiation of contracts, contract administration and claims management, as well as dispute resolution. Lauren has acted for both principals and contractors in mediations, arbitrations, adjudications and Supreme Court and District Court litigation. She is particularly experienced in adjudications under the Western Australian security of payment legislation.
