Logan is a Law Graduate in Jackson McDonald's Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team, assisting clients across both front-end and back-end construction law matters.
Logan assists contractors, subcontractors, principals and suppliers on a range of construction, infrastructure and commercial matters. He supports clients with contract drafting, review and administration, project delivery issues and the management of contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Logan also assists in the resolution of construction and commercial disputes, including security of payment claims, variations, extensions of time, delay and defect claims. He has experience assisting in complex litigation, adjudications, and mediations, and adopts a practical and commercially focused approach to achieving client outcomes.
