Luke has over fifteen years’ experience acting for clients across a variety of sectors including energy, mining & resources, regulated infrastructure (including rail and water), agribusiness, property, mining services and government.
His energy experience encompasses project development, transactional and advisory work for established and new entrant energy market participants, regulators and government and extends to competition, climate change, wholesale electricity market and third party access related issues.
In addition to his energy focus, Luke’s corporate and commercial experience is principally focused on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project structures and commercial contracting across a range of sectors.
