Matthew is a Solicitor in the Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team.
Matthew is a ‘later lawyer’ coming from a career in commercial management of an EPC contract for an onshore LNG plant.
Matthew has worked in house on secondment at a top tier infrastructure construction company, drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds and agreements, and performing risk assessments and tender reviews.
On the disputes side, Matthew has assisted clients with international arbitration, proceedings in the District and Supreme Courts, mediation and adjudication, in particular for Security of Payments legislation.
