Nikita is a lawyer in Jackson McDonald’s projects, infrastructure and construction team, assisting in construction contracting and resolving construction disputes.
Nikita practises across both front-end and back-end construction law, advising clients at all levels of the construction industry and across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial and civil.
Nikita regularly engages in alternative dispute resolution processes, including adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA), and security of payment legislation in other jurisdictions. She also has experience in all Western Australian Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal.
