Olivia is an early career lawyer with experience across a broad range of property law related matters including office, retail and commercial leasing, settlements both in PEXA and paper land tenure advice.
Olivia acts for buyers, sellers, caveators and mortgagors, and assists developers with the new titles process, land tenure advice and work in the retirement villages and seniors housing space.
RECENT EXPERIENCE
- Assisting with acquisitions of land and business including legal due diligence.
- Assisting non-bank mortgage lender during disposals as mortgagee in possession.
- Assisting liquidators and bankrupt trustees with the disposal of real property.
- Advising one of Australia’s largest diversified listed property groups on its residential communities’ business in WA including advice regarding WA property law, preparation of subdivision and creation of title documents, conveyancing processes and advising on related issues.
- Assisting with the preparation and negotiating various new commercial, industrial and office leases, incentive deeds, assignment of leases, extension of leases and car park licenses for government and private landlord entities.
- Assisting with land tenure and land use advice.
