Roger is an employment, industrial relations and safety lawyer, acting for clients in both, an advisory capacity, and with a litigation/dispute resolution focus when required.
Roger has extensive experience in advising and representing clients across a diverse range of employment and industrial relations matters including negotiating terms of EBAs, interpretation of industrial awards, advising on disciplinary processes and termination of employment, drafting various agreements, responding to unfair dismissal & general protections applications, and conducting restraint of trade proceedings.
Roger also advises clients with respect to work health and safety and has represented clients in responding to WorkSafe prosecutions, including serious incidents.
