Sally has more than 20 years' experience in succession planning, estate litigation, trusts, deceased estates and guardianship and administration.
Working closely with her succession planning clients, Sally assists them to develop tailored plans, including multi-generational solutions for the firm's high net worth clients.
Sally's succession planning practice is complemented by her work in the area of estate litigation. Sally has acted in numerous family provision claims, solemn form probate matters and other estate disputes. Her approach to disputes is a wholistic one, being mindful of legal and commercial imperatives as well as the client’s own well-being.
Sally is a member of the Law Society of WA and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Elder Law & Succession Committee.
