Prior to joining Jackson McDonald, Dave spent eight years leading the intellectual property practice at a prominent Perth litigation firm. His broader career spans senior roles at top-tier national and international firms, including experience in Hong Kong advising global brands on trade mark prosecution, oppositions and anti-counterfeiting operations across the East Asian region.
