Ebony is Special Counsel in Jackson McDonald’s intellectual property practice.
Ebony was admitted as a lawyer in 2004 and specialises in intellectual property law.
She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trade mark prosecutions and oppositions, copyright, patents, licensing and confidential information. Ebony also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of intellectual property-based agreements including those relating to sponsorship, non-disclosure and technology licensing.
Prior to joining Jackson McDonald, Ebony worked at a number of major Australian and international law firms, and spent 6 years as in-house counsel at HBF Health Insurance.
