Eva leads a Disputes team skilled in navigating the individual pathways to resolution. She has a wealth of experience advising on commercial disputes and litigation, including critical early-stage risk management.
Eva's practice is focused on:
- contractual disputes and enforcing rights;
- debt, securities, and creditor claims;
- insolvency and external appointments under the Corporations Act;
- governance under the Corporations Act and CATSI Act; and
- intellectual property.
Each dispute is unique. Eva’s work with our clients helps them set the strategy to best support their objectives.
She has been a legal practitioner member of the Electricity Review Board since 2018.
